Week 3

Älva spends loads of time in the kitten run. She loves to play with the little ones, even though it is a bit rough sometimes. This is a fun age. The kittens are starting to move around faster and play with each other a lot. I always think they look like furry baby elephants :) Pia seems to have a bit too little milk, so they are not as fat as I would have wished, but soon they start to eat by themselves. Zao has even tried it a couple of times.

It is great fun to compare this litter to the one after Pia's daugher Oracle and Enigma also. Xenia and Manjari are very much alike!

Week 2

Xenia and Jinx are curious to see what can be found outside the safe area... They all are as cuddly as we are used to see after Enigma. At (even younger than) two weeks of age, they all purr when being cuddled. Xenia is the one who tries to walk around the most. Elektra reminds us so much of her older half-sister Kendra and Xenia looks and acts a lot like her older half-sister Willow.

Newborn

As always, Pia had an easy delivery and the six kittens were born without any problem. We were sad to see that the tiny Falco was too weak to live, though. He was very small at birth, so perhaps he was born too early?

We were quite pleased to see that Pia accepted Enigma, as she normally does not like him at all. Perhaps because he always only have eyes for Kiwawa...
